KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal on tv99. This is a one-time process and will not be required again thereafter.

The following documents are required for KYC verification:

• National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of the front and back
• Selfie — A clear photo of you holding your NID
• Payment Verification — Screenshot or statement from your Mobile Pay / Nagad / Rocket account

When all documents are clear and valid, KYC approval is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Submitting unclear or incomplete documents may delay the process.

• Each bonus may have different wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible games.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on their first deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from your bonus balance — funds must first be converted to cash by completing the wagering requirement.

• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other members
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
